Dr. Nilanjan Dey (Senior Member, IEEE) received the B.Tech., M.Tech. in information technology from West Bengal Board of Technical University and Ph.D. degrees in electronics and telecommunication engineering from Jadavpur University, Kolkata, India, in 2005, 2011, and 2015, respectively.

MUHAMMAD E. H. CHOWDHURY earned his Ph.D. from the University of Nottingham, U.K., in 2014. He was a Postdoctoral Research Fellow at the Sir Peter Mansfield Imaging Centre, University of Nottingham. Now an Assistant Professor and program coordinator in Electrical Engineering at Qatar University.
